導師團隊有30多年教學經驗的退休教師、現職教師、各間大學畢業生等，累計學生過百人，學生涵蓋不同背景年齡，由傳統名校至 Band 3中小學，甚至成年人，大受各家長及學生好評。導師團隊除了退休教師及現職教師外，亦有經歷DSE、A LEVEL 等的前學生，部分導師亦已獲得由香港警務處發出的「無性罪行紀錄通知書」。
